How I helped

I joined the team for a 1-day onsite workshop. This is what we covered.

1. Building an outbound prospecting plan

We started by understanding their current situation and their lead generation strategies. We then reviewed new outbound tactics to generate opportunities.

2. Building a discovery call playbook

We did an assessment of their discovery structure and built a playbook to qualify deals early and keep control of the sales cycles.

3. Setting outbound KPIs

Finally, we worked on setting outbound KPIs and building an implementation plan.

The results

The Hop Online team was able to gain clarity on their sales process and built a structured outbound motion.
